Zwarte gefosfateerde hydraulische buizen met hoge precisie en strakke tolerantie, de buizen worden geproduceerd door nauwkeurig koud getrokken en koud gewalst, vervolgens helder gegrild in een beschermde atmosfeer,Daarna wordt het op het oppervlak geblackfosfateerd.
Productieproces:
Als te fosfateren buis wordt gebruikgemaakt van DIN-reeks buizen, koud getrokken en helder gegrilde precieze naadloze stalen buis.De fosforisering wordt gerealiseerd met de ingevoerde chemische vloeistof om een zwarte film te vormenDe roestbestrijdende olie wordt door de microporen op de film geabsorbeerd om te voorkomen dat de buizen roesten.
Hoofdkenmerken:
De helderzwarte kleur is homogeen verdeeld over het buisoppervlak.
