Materiaal: TP405, TP410, TP430, TP446-1, TP446-2, 26-3-3
Grootte: OD: 4-230mm WT: 1-30mm Lengte: volgens de eisen van de klant
Toepassingen: Voor algemene corrosiebestendigheid en hoge temperatuur.
Vervaardiging: Buizen worden vervaardigd door het gelaste proces zonder toevoeging van vulmetalen.
Oppervlakteconditie: De afgewerkte buizen zijn vrij van schaal.
Test en inspectie: Spanningstest, brandtest, flensstest, omgekeerde test, hardheidstest, hydrostatische of niet-destructieve elektrische test
Warmtebehandeling: Als eindbehandeling moeten buizen opnieuw worden verwarmd tot een temperatuur van 1200 °F ((650 °C) of hoger en worden afgekoeld (afhankelijk van de kwaliteit) om aan de voorschriften van deze specificatie te voldoen.
De martensitische kwaliteit UNS S41500 moet opnieuw worden verwarmd tot een temperatuur van 950 °F (510 °C) of hoger en zo nodig worden afgekoeld om aan de voorschriften van deze specificatie te voldoen.
