Hardheid:
Voor buizen met een W.T. ≥ 2 mm moeten Rockwell-hardheidstests worden uitgevoerd.
Tests van de naadloze ketelbuizen:
1.Buigproef:
De buigingskant is 90 graden en de buigradius is 6 maal de buitendiameter van de stalen buis.
2. Hydraulische test;
Bij wervelstroomonderzoek dient GB/T 7735-1995 Gr. A te worden gevolgd; bij ultrasoononderzoek dient GB/T 5777-1996 Gr.C8 moet worden gevolgd.
